Managing DirectorPaul set up Urban Expansion in 2013 and drives the company on with a forward thinking approach to business. He has over 20 years’ industry experience that include running multi-million-pound refurbishment contracts and new build developments.
Contracts ManagerChris has been with Urban Expansion for over two years and has brought with him over 20 years experience and knowledge in both commercial and residential sectors, that makes him an invaluable member of the team.
Julie has 5 years’ administration experience and heads our busy office, dealing not only with the day to day activates of the business but also lends a hand to making sure any customer service queries are dealt with efficiently.
Accounts ManagerJanine runs our busy accounts department and has built up good relationships with all of our clients and suppliers, she is responsible for budgets, accounts receivables, invoicing, PAYE and a host of other accounting tasks.
Site ForemanGareth is the newest member of our team and brings with him a wealth of site experience. He ensures that our sites are run correctly by liaising with both clients and trades, this allows us to meet our project commitments

At Urban Expansion, we have a management team, with over 100 years of industry experience, ranging from project managing multi million pound council refurbishment work, to full house extensions and renovations.
We pride ourselves on knowledge and training, all of our team hold key certifications in many vital parts of the construction industry, such as NEBOSH, SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ and ELECSA to name but a few. Along with on going training, this ensures that all our staff are always working in a safe working environment with the most up to date skills. At Urban Expansion its important to us that we excel both off site as well as on site, in order to do that we have put in place an excellent IT infrastructure that enables efficient use of staff, all of our systems are cloud based which allows us to work remotely, it also cuts down on unwanted paper and being a firm believer in a paperless office we are proud to state that we are 94.24% paperless which has vastly improved productivity and communication, allowing us to deliver exceptional services not to mention saving some trees!
